Spinach at the heart of every fatayer

Spinach naturally contains folate, vitamin K, beta-carotene, iron, and fiber. Folate supports normal cell function; vitamin K plays a role in normal blood clotting and bone health; beta-carotene can be converted into vitamin A to support normal vision; iron helps transport oxygen around the body; and fiber contributes to normal digestive function.

These are properties of spinach as an ingredient. Nutrient amounts in the finished fatayer depend on the recipe, portion size, and preparation and have not been measured.
